This Solo exhibition featured sculptural assemblages, test pieces, works on paper, and animation by David , installed across the Black Box gallery and its courtyard. Drawing on Queer Ecology and Post-Humanist thought, Kefford explored the entanglement of human and non-human forms through impermanent, site-responsive works made from found and biodegradable materials. Embracing instability and material agency, Beyond Human: Becoming Hybrid reflected on sculpture as a space of transformation in an ecologically precarious world.
