7 contemporary artists were commissioned by Park Arts Group to create an art trail ‘Crop Marks’ especially for Orchard Park, Cambridge.
David created a series of 'time-based site-reactive' sculptural assemblages for the scrubland spaces of the housing development. The sculptures were constructed 'on the spot' in the marginal spaces where a variety of junk had already accumulated, alongside other items donated from the local residents.
The process was a collaborative one involving a core group of volunteers and young people from the community of Orchard Park.
